Walking along the shoreline,
standing under the sunlight
absorbing all the energy abundant
There is no place as beautiful
as the ocean in the winter
It sparkles with an intensity like
diamonds in a clear stream.
Clarity, grounding, and beauty
surrounds you at the shore.
Always reaching deep within.
Grounding is essential for growth,
Beauty is beholding nature,
which brings clarity of mind, body and soul.
The pull of the full moon,
transfers the beauty of the ocean
toward magnificent waves
of peaceful calming vibrations.
One can only feel this pull,
as a sense of security
and infinite wellness for your soul's vitality.
Reaching beyond the sand bars,
Billowing along the coast,
The Ocean brings peace and beauty.

Once again, at the shore, trying to find balance and grounding. It is so peaceful and glorious here today, I await the full moon this evening.
