The Pacific current is not cooperating again this year and that doesn’t bode well for those of us who live in Canada’s eastern provinces! As a result of La Ňina forecasters predict Maritime Canada is in for another wallop of winter! The only good thing seems to be the temperature will remain above normal throughout the coming months! Perfect for snow, sleet, ice pellets, rain……

Looks like we’ll be buried in snow again this year! Another winter up to our arses in frosted flakes! No use complaining, the pacific sprite will have her way! In our minds she’s a temperamental diva! Ňothing would give us greater joy than to piss her off! A winter exodus south would put a knot in her knickers! Got to get a handle on this, and one on the shovel too! Of course the forecasters have been wrong before! All we can do is hope for the best! Whatever comes, we’ll get through it! After all, winter only lasts four or five months! You’d think Canadian Northerners would be used to it! © Annabel Sheila

Anna, I love this acrostic, I feel that Connecticut is going to get hit again also...Mother Nature is really aggravated with us.
The best I can say is this, find some good books, lots of wine and a man to help you through the winter...lol

No use complaining, indeed. The weathermen in my neck of the woods say we're in for about 60 inches of snow this winter. I better get my snow shovels ready and my old snow blower primed. (My dogs, however, really love all the snow.)
