May we all come together seeking peace; Every race hoping for conflict to cease. Rejoice for through the darkness shines a light, Reaching from heaven, dispelling all fright. Yuletide stories tell of a new Earth;
Choirs of angels proclaim the Christ’s birth. Happy are those who witness this event; Regaling in news that is heaven sent. It is time to come together as one, Seeking peace that the Lord’s will may be done. The end of war and strife has come at last; May all evil be a thing of the past. As we find unity throughout the Earth, So that at last we may go forth in mirth

It is too bad that this hasn't yet come to pass. War and strife seem to be what the whole world is about these days.
But the poem itself is heartwarming and reminds me of sitting in the living room in the U.P. listening to grandpa Jack's stories on Christmas eve. Heaven and nature proclaimed his birth, and He shall be mighty unto all the earth. This is well written and well thought out.
One day He will come in glory and judge us for what we have done in our life. whether right or wrong or both. Thank you for sharing.
