Wow - what a mess. Well, now we've done it. We've elected a supremely unqualified, leftist senator to the presidency and given him significant Democratic majorities in Congress to make mischief with. Normally the media would provide checks and balances to extremist tendencies of an administration, either left or right. But today's "mainstream" media is so liberal they'll serve as little more than cheerleaders . . . unless of course Obama decides to govern from the "center." THEN they'll start criticizing him. Meanwhile, we'll see government grow larger, taxes go higher, our military capabilities get weaker, and individual freedoms lessened. At the same time, the moral fabric of the nation will continue to erode in the name of "secular progressiveness," or some malarkey.
Batten down the hatches, America, we are in for a rough ride.
