I just saw my future wallet
Swim by
In one of our compound's lakes
Where no one really Knows
What dangers or evil lurks
Beneath the surface
Of what appears to be
A serene vision
Of a romantic scene.
Well! I see no romance
At the sight
Of a young six foot alligator
Slowly patrolling his mystic domain
As Long as he stays put
In his environment
I'll respect him
So long as he respects mine.
For sure he'll become
Part of my favorite
Leather goods
Boots, shoes and belts
Or what I described him as
Prior to this piece
I was inspired to scribe

Bill, do what this campground in Mim's, Florida did, keep him well fed and he will outgrow the pond and the animal control people will then have to move him to larger digs...it could work...Ed

Live and let live but crocs and sharks are the real 'meanies' for me -it's hard to love carnivorous feeding machines, I have to agree, and I would definitely give them a wide berth! Panda :)
