A Corndog Named Clyde in 'No Mustard Please'

Imagine ... a walking, talking, corndog :)!

Folks like to hold me
and often they squeeze.
I have a request ...
it's: no mustard -- please!
If you want hot dogs,
don't give me 'the eye'.
I'm just a corndog,
bite me ... I will cry.
Don't pour on relish
or douse ketchup. Gee,
I'm onto your tricks
and you won't catch me.
To lick that problem,
I've learned how to sneeze.
I 'aaaachooo' quite well ...
so 'excuse' me -- please!
I tend to be slim
and don't make a mess.
As a pet, perfect;
I don't bark ... you rest.
Don't go to a vet,
a good chef will do
to plump me up well
as if I were 'new'.
I am housebroken ...
seldom go outside.
Too many creatures ...
down 'hatches' I'd slide.
Folks who don't eat meat
are perfect. Oh, dear!
Someone is sniffing
and with big eyes, leer!
Folks like to hold me
and often they squeeze.
I have a request ...
it's: no mustard -- please!

This is too cute, Sandy; but I think I will pass on the corn dogs; I don't care for them! (More for you! LOL) I'll just take my hot dogs plain or with ketchup!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

LOL this is adorable!!! You have me smiling here! And believe me if a meal stated to suggest how I might eat it..........no way would I stay at that table! Did you ever read or see The Hitch Hikers Guide To the Galaxy stories......they showed it yrs ago on PBS, and the books are really great! Very funny and clever, english stuff. But there is one scene where a pig/man/food thing, is brought to the table and people have to talk to it and decide on what portion they want......I know it sounds bizarre if you haven't read or seen the series......but it was sooooooooo funny!!! Creepy shocking funny but funny........and this delightful write of yours brought that back to mind........ok i ramble.......think I will head to the kitchen and make a hot dog now!
muuhaahaaa
