Poem Artwork

I must have kissed a frog this morning
‘cause I feel poised to faint, croak,
choke
let me near the bloke.

Hear with my eyes
while my feet smell.
My nose, loose, runs;
my head ‘hears’ bells …
Hey!
What’s wrong with me
and this body?
Feet keep the beat,
fingers read well,
shadows startle,
dots tell a tale.
Hey!
What’s wrong with me
and this body?
Don’t like to sit,
don’t like to stand --
waste my life time …
bring on the band!
Hey!
What’s wrong with me
and this body?

I must have kissed a frog this morning
‘cause I feel poised to faint, croak,
choke
let me near the bloke.

hope you feel better, sandy. if it's any consolation to you, i am a bit on the sore side myself; had a nasty fall just a while ago, and i think i am okay...am a bit scraped up, and a bit sticky (seems i was holding a FULL cup of coke, a 32 ouncer, at the time; coke went EVERYWHERE...MOSTLY on ME!).., but i will be fine! oh, well..at least the boss gave me the night off and i can nibble on pizza later at the american idol watch party! LOL

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in tx., karen lynn. :)
