Never sneeze if your 'squeeze' is a flea!

On top of egg noodles
(covered with cheddar cheese),
squatted my dear mentor
know as King of the fleas ...
until somebody sneezed … aaaaachoooo!

Flea flew out the window
as a semi whoosed by
and clung to the wiper
as I started to cry.
Why did Flea leave me, why? Aaaaachoooo!

When they stopped the trucker
pried stretched hands from the blade
and gave poor Flea first-aid.
Near drowned in Gatorade;
on a band-aid Flea splayed … aaaaachoooo!

Flea gave him our address
with a cell phone called home.
He'd quite an adventure
and to sleeping is prone
so please leave us alone … aaaachoooo!

He still loves egg noodles
covered with cheddar cheese.
but won't stand beside me
whene'er I cough or sneeze.
Instead of sneezing, I'll squeeze … aaaachoooo!

There he goes again! SPLAT!
