Pee Nuts

My husband swears I'm a 'Pee Nut' so this little ditty came about :)!
*********************

Poem Artwork

Farmers grow these weird nuts
that scoot upon their butt
until they're ready to 'blow'.
Still . . . they refuse to go;
their pee's a delicacy.

When these nuts pee, it's bitter--
some call it butter--
chunky or creamy.
Tranquilized, they're dreamy,
or else they HOLD their pee.

If you could lay eggs, gold,
wouldn't you try to HOLD
until you made it home?
Why share? It's their's alone;
it's their culture, you see.

When these nuts pee, it's bitter--
some call it butter--
chunky or creamy.
Tranquilized, they're dreamy,
or else they HOLD their pee.

I would hate to be squeezed
or somehow forced to sneeze--
to make someone money.
It wouldn't be funny
if you . . . valued your pee.

If pee were money....

....interstate toll booths would be rest stops
....telephone booths everywhere would have urinals
....payphone operators would say "please pee for the next three minutes"
....waitresses would leave a little plastic cup for the tip
....muggers would be armed with bedpans
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
....old people would become billionaires
