Bat In The Cave

Bat in the cave--
had to crack a window--
he is flying solo.
Little ones drooped--
a thinning of the herd,
boogers peep, slip. My word!

The boy's singing.
On a hair bat's swinging.
I hope he doesn't sneeze,
give that bat wings.
Please don't slide the hatch
or whip up a new batch.

Bat in the cave--
it's hanging upside down.
It's bound to fling aground.
It flys ...yes, flew!
Now it's hanging anew
I repeat words ... a few:

"Bat in the cave!"
