spring
the trees
sing

stillness
the face in the lily pond
smiles at me

beach concert
horns and reeds compete
with gulls

           ocean drive
                           the rain raining faster
than the wiper wipes

sunset
lovers and surf
in sync

skywatch
fixed on a single star
feeling the earth move
