The snow did find us

Nature did honor us and grant our plea...

The snow did find us…

After hunting for it without result,

Over night we did get an inch or so,

To old mom Nature we do exult,

Rufuz is so happy to play in the snow…

The power of winters cold breath,

Has shrouded us like a freezing death,

Wind blown white crystals of snow,

Have taken over our world, Nature did bestow…

Breezy though it may be,

The sun is out so brightly,

This inch of snow may just be the start,

By the end of this week though, the cold temps will again depart…

So fickle is the weather,

The temps do fluctuate,

From freezing cold to warm and balmy,

Either way my love of Nature will never abate…

We got a little white stuff a week or so ago, it was nice and melted off by around noon. My friend in Cincinnati got a whole bunch with about 6 inches of ice as well. I don't think I would care for a dollars worth of that weather. Enjoy the snow and the warm when it comes back. Happy New Year, Ed!
Take care,
Sherry

so you got what you wish for
a white christmas
To me that meant shoveling snow
and I am not too crazy about that.
Enjoy your snow ...Ed

Glad the snow finally found you, but Chica Blanca and Turbo are extremely disappointed that you and Rufuz won't be joining us on our next Snow Hunting Expedition.

And don't ever lose your Love of Nature, my friend!
