Sort of...

While other parts do scorch,

Here we cannot sit on our porch,

The wind and rain blowing in,

Even if we wanted, nothing could we torch…

Thunder and lightening Rufuz does dislike,

That’s where we differ, not are we alike,

Since childhood storms and such I did like,

Walked on the open beach,

Daring the lightening to strike…

Tonight the weather is wild,

Pushing out the temps that are mild,

Cold predicted, snow on the way,

Rufuz heard that and smiled…

You and Rufuz don't see eye to eye on something? I'm shocked and appalled. *giggle*

I love when you write about nature Ed, you really capture it so well. It's also quite clear you enjoy stormy weather, and just maybe you'll turn Rufuz around yet....then again....lol

Peace,

Give Rufuz a big hug and tell him it's only the result of global warming and a stubborn American Electorate who doesn't believe in conservation of the planet.

He'll understand. . . blessin's Bro. Edwardo. . . (hugs)

Ed,

It's rainy and windy here in MA. also. I like neither rain or snow but I guess we have to take what we get.
