RUFUZ FOR PRESIDENT...!

Poem Artwork

If ya can’t use a phone

How can anyone become president

Remember Rufuz and his one bone

Maybe better yet of an asylum he can be a resident…J

Truth be told he’s not too swift

Truth is old, for pres we need a better gift

Much choice we haven’t got

All I got to say ‘bout this guy is a resounding NOT…J

Yeah, they're all politicians. Irony is that the president shouldn't even be capable of frightening us too much, because for one they are our servants (laughs maniacally), and secondly they're supposed to be only 1/3 of the system. So whilst I witnessed the Kons trying to turn the president into a King, I kept wondering if they realized that inevitably someday they would be turning the keys to the machine over to a Demokrat. Perhaps they did consider this and still have something up their sleeves, but otherwise... WOOPSY!

Anyway, until a majority of we Americans wish to take back the monumentally inconvenient task of governing ourselves... Well, I'll be here behind glass, toodling at bits of rhyme, and hoping for the best.

Hillary's naked political ambitions aside, I listened to one of Mr Obama's speeches online. I had to smile. He simply stated the obvious e.g. 'The future is before us, the past is behind.' Well done, Mr Obama, ten out of ten for that observation.
'We need change. A vote for me is a vote for change.' Okay, Mr Obama, present your case. As Diana Ross could sing, 'I'm still waiting.'
McCain? I guess his theme song could be 'If you don't know me by now.'

Meanwhile, we in the UK continue to have our views summarilly ignored and our living standards fiscally garroted by our socially detached government.
Rufuz for president.

Dai

Perhaps he believe in what he's talking about, but he has the chance of a lame duck, a very very light weigh in politics which will be trilled around the pinky finger of Corporate America and those pillars of immorality inside the Congress.
Yes, Rufuz for President, at least he can bite.

I'm with you on this one. He isn't experienced...more like a young boy vying for president because he thinks he has the compassion and know how. He doesn't and when those that elect him, if he wins, it will be too late to stop playing Red light with him....way too late!

Blessings and love,
Susan

Totally agree witcha, Ed. If they don't take my write-in for RUFUZ, my vote would go Hillary. She MUST get the nomination!
Choices must be made...

But ya never said what kind of bone Rufuz is offering. If it's them cheap, discount, stale, old ones, I still might have to vote for this guy.

And this guy's office really reminds me of my old government office - they took my desk away, too - said it was budget cuts. Yeah, Right! But at least he's got a T.V.

Ed,

Something 'bout him scares me - don't like none of the choices we've been given. I do love Rufuz - RUFUZ FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!
