Trying to get past the depression blues & writing always makes me feel better...thanks for all prayers & advice...Ed

From the northeast the wind does blow, Ocean waves do larger grow, Washing away the beaches sand, Tearing at humanities land… Swimming not safe in tides that rip, Seemingly the sand beneath does grip, A storm front approaches up the east coast on a trip… The gulls do gaze into the wind, Man does prepare to accept Natures wrath, For man has for many years against Nature sinned, Now man has to accept & live with the storms path… © ed ~ 7/21/10

Nor'easter ventilates nature's soul
Reclaiming that which man thought he possessed
Deep inside we all are stormy
Releasing emotion that ought not be repressed

Depression is not an easy thing to get through but you have to keep yourself busy and even kick your own ass to get through it Ed. I'll keep you in my prayers and heart.
