To the beach I am bound...

For a walk in the sea,

For stress relief without a fee,

To sit on the sand & remember,

Those wonderful days of youth,

When there was nothing in the world but truth…

 

Ready to go pretty early,

Not feeling for a change in anyway surly,

Really ready for a simple day,

Just walking about & absorbing the sun’s rays…

Ed, I like this one a lot, but "....When there was nothing in the world but truth…." Can you tell me, just when was that? Are you that much older than me? Or, perhaps you have a better memory, could that be?
