One week till winter arrives, Still at 11:40pm it is sixty-one degrees, Ain’t that just the bee’s knee’s…? Sure it ain’t gonna last, Even the wind is blowing hard, Gonna drop, the temp is, quite fast… But to have on no heat, Is really in December pretty neat, This time last year we were, Measuring the snow that fell in feet…

Patience, my friend. You've plenty of time for all that damn snow. I always call it Mother Natures makeup, cause it covers up a lot of ugliness, but when it�s applied too thick, it sure can wear out it's welcome. Nice poem. Dick

And some people still claim there's no such thing as Global Warming.

It's been unseasonably warm around these parts, too, and when I was a kid, we always had ice for our ice skating rinks from the middle of November to the middle of March. No ice around here now for skating, 50 Degrees yesterday. I haven't even been able to take my dogs snow sledding yet - Bummer.
