Poem Artwork

Certainly not for me, out of reach,

Each visit does for me, teach,

Living near the beach is a real peach,

Here I go again, about the shore I preach…

The ocean, too cold to in swim,

The wind blowing her smooth,

She looks like she can be walked upon,

Still I see every now & then a dolphins fin…

Old Mom Ocean is always to me a wonder,

Never can I make with her a blunder,

Only the surface I see, never her under,

Beautiful she is when does come lightening and thunder…

Yes it is beautiful as are the great lakes...
Water is the essence of love and fertility,
the element of the nature of emotions.

Water is a purifying, rejuvenating element
that is a vital part of Pagan spirituality.
It is the element of the West and symbolizes
healing, purification, dreams, introspection,
balance and friendship. Feminine in nature,
water helps us to be more nurturing, caring
individuals. The energy of water is that of
ebb and flow, of changes and growth. Water
holds our emotions and is part of our intuition
and creativity...

know what you mean Ed
I used to run every day by the sea shore
untill I couldn't anymore, then I just waled
my daily 5 Mile routine that was while I was up North
Now I debate with myself each day
should or should't I go for a walk
now when I need it the most......
I dont do Ocean side anymore
but I do several lakes and ponds
Peace be with you
Happy New Year Bother

To each his/her own. I got a bike ride in yesterday and today around the mountain. It was cold and yesterday, I had to walk part of the way here until I got to the main road because it was icy. Today was #154 for the year. Last year I made 153 rides. It always feels great to get it done and I am grateful that I can. Your words remind me of what we ought to do with what we are given and to enjoy and be grateful. Happy New Year, Ed. Love and peace,

Regis

Lightening on the ocean is one of the coolest sights in nature.
My sister lives in a 14th floor condo in P.C.
I saw all the footprints on the beach erased every night and a clean palate every morning. That was pretty cool too.
