Poem Artwork

Hard to find,

Under the sand you’ll find them hide,

Comes ashore with oceans tide,

Meditating on them gives me such peace of mind…

Most seem cracked,

Sometimes under the sand you’ll find them stacked,

To me they are within themselves a painting abstract,

No changes thru millennia so there’s nothing they’ve lacked…

This one had not a resident,

Low cost they are to rent,

Imagine drifting along with oceans current,

Relaxing inside your shell tent…J

I have a conch shell from Aruba and it still has sand on it!

Always,

Even to put them to your ear to listen
to the relaxing sounds they give are wonderful...

I pick them up and blow their guts out like a horn. Then eat conch all night until the early morn. The way you described them, makes me think of porn. ;-)

How many selfish shellfish can you shuck in a shell tent?

It seems you know where to look Jersey, you got a conch detector?
I like the way they're twisted, sort of all screwed up, sort of feel related to them ha.
