...what beauty does lie in this overnight time...

Poem Artwork

Degrees of sixty-six,

Nature did of the day heat fix,

But before the change,

The sun did get in its licks…

A clear quiet night in the campground,

Only do we hear the night insects,

The doors all open, the windows as well,

Nights like this do all your problems & stresses quell…

Not a breeze to be had,

But considering winter is approaching,

Who would say that that is bad,

So relaxing is this place,

Far away, yet still close to the world that does by race…

I love the stars at night when nothing else is around and the stillness of the night. Hearing the crickets and seeing the lightening bugs is a nature video all its own. Great feeling reading this one Ed!

Blessings my friend!

You seem at peace as to where you live, Ed; and, you engage those of us who care. Thank you. Love and peace, bro...

Living in a motorhome, like living in a tent, does put you a lot closer to nature… Especially if you enjoy it.

Sounds like the peaceful place I hope to find, except for the close to the racing world.
