I'm sure you will figure out to what I do herein refer...
Outside my back window,
I can see them all quite bare,
I have to admit though that of them I stare,
Devoid of their colorful clothes,
They are nudity personified…
Oh yes, they do stand quite altogether majestic,
They almost look without their summer green, anorexic,
The woodland animals do burrow into their bodies,
Though they cannot be referred to in anyway as pathetic,
They still stand as a testament to Natures battle with man…

My mother-in-law's home property in the Flathead Valley had crabapples, transparent apples, pears, rhubarb and chokecherries. Now it's a parking lot. I used to make the 175 drive to harvest fruit. Now I can't stand to drive by that place.
I have always loved trees since my father instilled that love in me as a very young child. I have planted a great deal of them in my live. I have also witnessed a lot of my efforts buried under concrete, asphalt and buildings. I get it, Ed. Love and peace to you,
