It was a long weekend.

 I’M TIRED

I’m all tuckered out,

Worn out and beat.

I can’t keep my eyes open.

I’m dead on my feet.

I’ve run out of steam.

I’ve run out of gas.

Totally drained,

I’m draggin’ my ass.

I’m all done in,

Wiped out and spent,

My get up and go,

Has got up and went.

I’m petered out,

Loopy and droopy.

Fatigued and pooped,

I’m bushed as can be.

Bone weary and shot.

Seriously REM deprived.

I’m sick and tired of being tired.

I need to be revived.

It happens to the best of us. Welcome to the club. You will be revived soon enough, my friend. It sounds like it's already started, from this poem. John
