PLAYING CARDS
It was a full pack at the Stacked Deck,
On a night the Deuces were wild.
The King of Spades took a Royal Flush,
But his hair was majestically styled.
Over on table 7,
Uno had to Go Fish.
Solitaire played by herself,
And all the Dealer could do was wish.
The Jack of Diamonds shuffled in,
He was a lady’s best friend.
There wasn’t a discard out of place,
His Clubs were easy to tend.
Meanwhile, the King of Spades had to much Gin,
And ended up with a bad Rummyache.
His Queen threw in her hands,
It was more than her poor Hearts could take.
It was Poker for Canasta,
And the Old Maid followed suit.
Crazy Eights was eyeing the Kitty,
So Blackjack gave him the boot.
Passing dirty on table 5,
Euchre had a trick up his sleeve.
Pinochle had to ante up,
And the Jokers decided to leave.
52 cards sat down that night,
With victories to win and villains to foil.
But everyone played by the rules,
At least according to Hoyle.

I really enjoyed this poem, Michael! I love playing poker, so I might be biased because of the subject matter. In my opinion, your clever and creative "Playing Cards" should be made into an animated short film with you reciting the poem as a voiceover.
The only game left I guess it is, after all of the guests have left… 52 Pickup.
