I think I was in some kind of casino,
But it weren’t in Vegas. or even Reno,

I had really come in, for the half price Buffet,
Then I got hung out, having to pay,

I think for the staff, and slot machine keepers,
The floorman, the doorman, and even street sweepers,

I was about leaving, when in through the door,
Comes this lady, of maybe sixty or more,

She asked me could I tell her, which slots would pay ,
And where would be, the best place to play,

I showed my empty wallet, and pointed, outside,
She thought I was crazy , and walked on inside,

I followed her in, to watch was no crime,
I wondered if her luck ,was any better than mine,,

With fire in her eyes ,and two packs of smoke’s,
This lady was a gambler, she was no joke,

I watched for a little, and suddenly then,
The lights were all flashing, for a really big win,

Gold coins were falling, all over that screen,
The crowd around her clapping , a mob like scene,

Then there was more yelling, another big win ,
Two hundred countin ,and another free spin,

I’d never been part of, any such sight,
This lady would be packin, home a bundle tonight,

I left her playing ,and went to get a drink,
Upon returning, now, Whatta you think?,

There were no people ,standing about,
I was shocked ,that this lady, was just cashin out,

“Said I’m gittin what’s left, of my really big win”,
I was holdin my breath ,as her ticket went in,

Then i really lost it ,when that money machine ,
Showed thirty two cents ,($0.32) on the pay out screen!
