A friend was threatened. I had to get a laugh.

Sponge Bob

She dropped her purse at check out,
I saw a thing I wondered about,

There amongst her wallet and stuff
A real hoarder mixture , a lot more than enough,

But catching my interest, in there I could see,
A fancy remote for a new TV,

Hey now , I’m thinking, what’s going on there,
Maybe she’s taking it in for repair,

I asked her about it , she laughed gleefully,
I’m not really mean, but there’s times don’t you see,


My husband’s a louse, lazy as can be,
He’d rather watch football than go shopping with me,

You gotta have a remote to channel new TV’S,
I switched it to Sponge Bob when I walked out to leave.
