Surgery Confusion

No, No doctor you don’t understand, I can’t live this way,
My life would be much better and doctor I can pay ,

Will I believe the difference or changes it will make?
My friends say a small procedure, is all that it will take,

You see In my sales profession it is much desired ,
Every man I’ve met thinks that it’s required,

Customers are always, careful and seem to fear affection,
I can always see them looking in the same direction,

It is a little embarrassing, ,sometimes quite a lot,
But a girl has got to make the best of what she’s got,

Early on you understand , I ‘couldn’t afford, the cost,
Since you accepted payments , all for me’s not lost,

I’m still apprehensive, I wish I had done it faster,
Are you certain, this won’t be a change of life disaster,

Believe me Miss Jane, next month you will be elated,
Any aggressive companion dog needs to be castrated !
