Some kind of a diet that fit's the requirement

Bananas,
You a native of Hawaii, I’d guess that to be true ?
I can see,You’re pretty healthy and proudly claim that too,

God your trees are tall, must be sixty feet or more ‘
Getting fruit from way up yonder must be quite a chore,

Boy that’s quite a sight , something I didn’t know ,
I never woulda guessed it, where bananas grow,

I’m told they kill belly fat , some kind of secret stuff,
And stickin to a diet is always pretty rough,

You look pretty healthy, I’d say lookin fine,
Not Like this here bustin belly overload of mine,

Those phony ads on facebook , I think I like your way,
Said you like’em ripe and eat three big ones each day,

Man I’ve got to try that, I love’em don’t you see,
Do you think if I did that, they’d do the same for me?

He said,, you’ll lose your belly fat, that I can guarantee
Cause every time to get one, You gotta climb that stinking tree!

I had to chuckle at that last line. So that's where you've been, off on vacation to Hawaii. We go bananas right here in Texas, Houston, don't you know? They don't get over about 12 feet and a stepladder will get you a bunch off of them if they get through the winter without a freeze. Requiring about 13 months to ripen.

Fasting is working for me. Got a banana today for lunch, but won't eat anything until tomorrow morning when I'll have oatmeal, raisins and nuts.

Hey, Tom, that's new, they must grow them tall as the Eiffel Tower in the Pacific (State Side). Where I come from - in the East Indies - bananas hang down one's throat: even children can pick them without shaking a leg. Besides, banana leaves don't stink. Indians use them as plates after subjecting them to "sprinklings" of plain/rain water.
Guess your Hawaii-an chum was pulling your leg to get you to fork out bucks!!! Best to the Boss-Lady, too. TW
