Dandelion Sea
The rain has stopped
Dew sparkled green grass
Where yellow has dropped
Like bright broken glass .
After one month of rain
And only and afternoon of sun
Yellow diamonds remain
Where once their were none.
Flowing fields abound
Smells fill the air
Birds gather round
To have an affair.
I drop down on one knee
And take it all in
Bright yellow dandelion sea
Lack of appreciation is such a sin !
One of God’s special moments
Soon turning to fluff
Enjoying lovely fresh scents
God’s amazing , such wonderful stuff.
