Graphic Language

Darkness blots only retnic sense.
Outer vision gone, inner is not.
Devils live where you are now.
You've entered their horrid plot.

This darkness conjures imagination,
Changing truths of reality.
Troubles grow, friends fall aside,
Inside your futile mentality.

All your devils grow in strength.
Cancerous darkness grows blacker.
Your mind is numb and senseless,
Hardened by paranoic lacquer.

I give you one moment to choose.
Escape from your destructive dread.
Turn on the f***ing lights
And get your ass out of bed

Use my bed for sleeping, reading in afternoons and hate the darkness at nights. Use it for prayers each night to my Lord and Savior, chases the devils away, and wait for morning to say I am Alive again.

Wow, this is vivid -- the world of nightmares seen through the eyes of a poet. That IS the stuff nightmares are made of! Outstanding, Rusty-friend. Another welcomed glimpse into your fertile imagination.

CJ
