"They" say that orange does
not go with purple.  I guess
they did not see last

night's sunset:  it was
a spectacular display
of Heavenly art.

These are the same folk
who say God doesn't exist:
all I have to do

is look around me
to know the absolute truth:
"They" obviously

don't know what I know -
Intelligent, loving hands
made this just for me,

to remind me of
beauty in the midst of flame
and ongoing drought.

Karla you know how I feel about the beauty you paint in your poems. The picture here only reinforces that radiant beauty that flows from your mighty keyboard (giggles). This is a fina example of Haiku, and you have mastered the form and the art very well. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, maybe too stubborn for my own good, joy to the world, peace on earth & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your still very sad and very terrified little sister, Barbie

I think in your last life you must have been oriental as only the oriental mind could come up with such beauty in their Haiku...you have found your niche, Karla...you are a true "haikuist"...Ed

Live art incorporates all colors of the color wheel. The Mandala is Sanskrit for magic circle. The sun gestalt is orange in its radial and purple in its skylar palette with brushstrokes of the colors of the rainbow. The real purpose in life is to find light and life colored in the unfailing guidance of Goddess/God. Thanks Karla. Blessed Be.
