Red October is not in the leaves clinging to trees reluctant to part with life; Red October is not in lips parted to deliver the kiss of immortality; Red October is the beast living outside the door: ninety degrees. It's the summer that won't die.
...it will Karla...will die...and for some its warmth will be missed...within winters chill...while folks remember Red October...and the stories it told.

It's Global Warming, something many still refuse to believe is even happening. Up north, the crickets are still singing to me; they should have stopped singing, a month ago. And talk about spiders - they are everywhere!
Okay, but it snowed all day here yesterday and killed my blooming raspberries. Here they say there are two seasons: Winter and July. So maybe July vacations in Texas, come October?--Charlie
I hear you here in Connecticut, it was 91 today and it is 10:03pm at 79 degrees...there is something really wrong here.

Aaaawwwww!!!!! I hope this gets better soon. Yeah, this past few days has been hot too here in Toronto Canada. This global warming hits everywhere in the world.
