The sun touches my body
with unbearable lightness.
Limbs that were frozen loosen;
the stress that had held me in
bondage melts away under
the sun's caresses - for the
first time in a long while, I
bloom and feel fully - a l i v e.
From one who suffers severe SAD each Jan. Feb.March..this was such delightful music to my ears. The photo gave me a colour healing session too..that fantastic azure blue, the delicate blossom..wonderful! Absolute bliss in eight lines. Thank you!! Love, Diana.
I can so totally relate to this, Karla. I shed all of my clothes when the sun is warm enough and I get re-energized. It's amazing. You've got me thinking, girl. It's still a little cold right now. Love ya',
your words fire up my desire for spring and summer Karla. gives rise to inspiration and that is much needed after a dreary winter. rise up the spirit of life in the word and life will beckon us onward.
Thank you Karla for sharing these delightful words with us as we are covered in 6 - 8 ft of snow and another ft or ft and a half is on the way as I type. Thank you for sharing.
Newfie Hugs are on the way, Rose

Old Mr. Sun has the magic touch, Karla. A real oldie but goodie. :)
I am not looking forward to spring: not with the svr wx threat, not with living in Tornado Alley! I wish winter could visit more, stick around a while; it's no wonder so many people here get sick: hot one day, cold the next! Tornadoes/thunder one day, snow/ice the next! CRAZY!! I HATE it!! However, I love your poem; very well penned! BRAVA!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your twink, Karen Lynn. :)
