The eye opening
of flowers in bloom
gives me hope for the
future. They color
my world with beauty,
taking away the
ugliness I see

Truly lovely thoughts well-shared, Karla. If you have seen my recent photos at Facebook then you know that I had a similar experience a couple of days ago with the purple rhododendrons in full bloom and the rising river in the background.
