That's why they used to call these storms with female names. But with our gender bending society, calling it Isaac doesn't mean it's going to behave like a boy. I too, have noticed the westward shift with each new forecast. Perhaps Galveston should wake up before the flooding occurs again before people can get out. Whatever the case. I think East Texas is in for some rain and so is my brother in Elkhart, Indiana, complaining all summer about both the lack of rain and lower water levels in the lake.
