Rainbows and Storm Clouds
I’m standing here
taking pictures
storm clouds
and
rainbows

Which is, most
beautiful
I’m not sure
I guess
the one that
I’m focused
on
Storm clouds and rainbows
and
the rain beat
down

Wash me, wash me
wash my soul
shine on shine on shine on
Golden sun silver
clouds
shine on shine
 a moving picture
show
Shine on
 shine on

Stan, I think you should put this to music. On the other hand,
I think you did. And I'm nuts about that tune. Rain always puts
me in a happy mood. -gene.

on the contrary, nothing more beautiful than rain....the rain....it shines in a softer, less garish way than rainbows, not that they arent beautifulyl breaking refractive light thigns. . . but the rain....it foten goes quietly, without a word of praise.....unless one is aprched...unless one is dirty. .. needing a cleansing. ..
a purification.
a removal of st.ains [could ahve put sta(I)ns]....rainbows promise safety, rainbows bring a smile. .. . but rain promises depth, nourishment, and breaking that could only be held out for soemthing that will leave one breathless if [should i say] wet enough? it spills emotions from me...as does this image conjured of a man, bent on stan.ding in front of the world, compeltely himself and comepltely in awe.
im jealous.
exquisite thing. both the man and the write.

Nothing more beautiful than rainbows. Storm clouds leave a bit to be desired nowadays. Lovely poem.

Stan,

Nature's power (and beauty) in both our writes: the StormSpinner in me appreciates both. Beautifully captured in verse, this is excellent writing. Well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I find this very uplifting. I love storms, rain, snow, sleet, hail and yes of course rainbow. Nicely expressed, Stan. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

Regis
