I know you miss your son. I would if I had a son in the war. I don't even have anyone I know in it, so I cannot really grasp some of the feelings that you have. But prayers go with you and your son and the family for a Happy New Year and may he be sent home soon.

Blessings to you and your son. He is so far away, and knowing he has a family is what keeps him alive and wanting to come home. Keep on lovingly telling him that.

I can just see you standing there, chest all puffed out, as you talk about your Marine son! Good for him; good for you! Tell him he is in my prayers; may God keep him safe from harm! May God surround your son with warrior angels! (And there's nothin' finer than a Marine in uniform! TRUST me on that!! LOL Karla still teases me about that one!! LOL)

I fell in front of a Marine once; two of them, in fact. I said I stepped in a hole, which I did, and Karla's like, "Yeah, yeah, right! You just wanted them to pick you up!" LOL Everytime I see a Marine, she always brings that up. She did yesterday; stepped into it reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal good! LOL I was so mad at her!! LOL
