This isn't the love you thought it would be this isn't the way you wanted to remember me I'm not one to be here when you cry this love of mine was nothing but a pretty lie you thought you could hold me with ribbon shackles and measured pain but there's one simple bitter truth that forever remains I leave now and even if I someday return in taming fire you will never escape the burn.
