Solstice Ku

It's been so cold and rainy here in eastern Canada...one would almost think it's April...not the eve of Summer Solstice! Oh well, these Ku's did warm me up....giggle....

Dusk holds its breath, as
Daylight spills into the night
Of Summer Solstice!
 
 
Even the birds know
Daylight hours will linger
On Summer Solstice!
 
 
Nature announces
The arrival of summer…
With summer solstice!
 
 
Shadows hesitate
In the lingering hours
Of Summer Solstice!

Enjoyed the Ku's and especially liked the lines "shadows hesitate in the lingering hours of summer solstice"... an amazing time, indeed. Few lines, with much impact; really enjoyed this one, Annabel.

You can keep the wet weather up there, but in NJ we have been in the mid 80s for a few weeks...I'd rather have your cooler weather though...your ku's are kool too...e
