As spring continues to bring new blossoms...I am inspired...

Poem Artwork

Tranquility embraces the weary soul
Lifting the spirit til it soars on high
With perfumed breezes that gently
Play soothing melodies upon emerald leaves…

Songbirds’ feral symphonies
Generously grace the landscape…
Where dazzling butterflies flutter about
And busy bees sample bounteous sweet nectar!

Golden fronds of willowy grasses boldly sashay
In the arms of the summer breeze…
An intoxicating ballet that ripples
Like waves upon a tranquil sea.

In a myriad of stunning colours
Wildflowers dance to and fro
Keeping perfect rhythm in a dance
As old as time!

And in beautiful meadows
where magnificent chaos
leaves the senses wanting more…
Mother Nature has created Zen Gardens.

I love the title, Annabel. You have entered high energy language in here, especially "...boldly shashay" and "magnificent chaos," that carry positive frequencies. Tastey! ~~ Diana

You've got quite a harem of male stalkers following you, Anna. It must be the visions you paint in those beaches and woods. Count me in.

You are so right! The heart of Zen is mother nature. Unfortunately, most people don't take time from their busy lives just to enjoy the wonders of spring like you have in your poem.

Lovely to embrace the Spring..meadows of grasses and ferrel birds singing. Nature's calming presence of your poem is
tranquility of the heart.

Mother Nature created it, but you, Anna, give us the words which praise and describe the wondrous and fertile landscape before us.

P.S. Thank you for your kind word for "Description."
