Heaven On Hold, is very straight forward, succint, to the point. This is a nice way to put it. But how many on earth understand? Life continues with or without our writing. But we have to write if we want to see light.

Well done ... the thematic concept is as good as it gets ...

However, I am jarred out of a seamless theme by the juxapositon of what I consciously consider as disparate occurances: the sun coming up AND the moon rising plus the stars appearing.

This is a message that is well-written. Whatever goes into darkness can come out into the light, and vice versa. Isn't it how the world was built as well?

The fact is, we don't really know whether or not this process has worked to help some of us reincarnate. I do believe in this theory.

Some have commented on what they see as a message of hope in this well written poem. I see despair and despondency. The circular aspect of the poem was an interesting one with two possible outcomes. The second seems to be the desirable outcome but you've written it in an almost wistful fashion (or is that me reading more into it than I should?) Perhaps my my own state of mind is an influencing factor but I think this is an indictment upon the more fickle aspects of life. 'Easy come and easy go' Perhaps it is deeper than that. While life on earth may at times seem to be hell, heaven is within.
