The omniscient bulk of a rock-tumbled hill so far off across the mirror-waves wearing proud trunks for hair staring down at its reflection grooming itself for some inconceivable date with eternity -- but everything passes with a whisper of denial,
It will sink slowly into the calm dissolving waters and join its brother forgotten hills in a final rest of mineral spirit.

Very nice, but I can't really envision a hill being omniscient. Otherwise, it's quite good. Too bad about the site vanishing. That's often the case with small press magazines, be they print or electronic.
