Mother Nature must be celebrating Earth Day 2020,
Turtles thriving in the sea waters,
Lions lounging roadside, while elephant herds cross,
Wild goats and peacocks exploring cities,
People planting trees and veggies,
Clean air revealing a vibrant blue sky,
Incredible views of snow topped Himalayas, not seen since 1990.
We've come a long way from the Cuyahoga river burning, but we still have a long way to go. And with Trump rolling back enmviromental protections, I fear we are goibg backwards instead of moving forward.
I love these poetic thoughts! I now wonder if our rivers and our seas are cleaner now that man has been restricted more to land these days. Our creek nearby our home seems cleaner already! Perhaps it's our Creators way to help save creation itself...
