A Tragic Masterpiece

Deep within her fortified intentions
artful stairways spiral beyond contrived zones of comfort
holding evidence that devotion once existed for one
who is now no more than semen on the floor

Such stains of love cannot be resurrected
beyond a twisted recollection of vague promise
once sealed with a circle of the earth

Memories preserved through strokes of forbidden pleasure
adorn the gallery of yesterday’s desire
unwanted by today’s brushed reputation

Prospering in their vain deceit
they remain forever guarded
by the Mona Lisa-like smile
of a tragic masterpiece

Still, the master is proud of his creation...

...AND THAT'S BECAUSE WHATEVER THE MASTER CREATED, WHEN IT BECOMES MARRED, HE CAN 'BREAK' AND MAKE OVER IT AGAIN...LIKE BRAND NEW. WELL DONE AND ENJOYED. THANKS FOR SHARING, LOVE AND BLESSINGS,

Yes, the artist is always proud of his creations, and in their hearts they are all his masterpieces. Different every one but precious just the same. Loved the feel of this. Lisa

It is sad but lust is one thing and passion so much more. What will it take to learn?

I can only guess at the master's intent: self-preservation, pride, noble courage? Fine piece!
