The sunrise dazzles us with its light;
The sunset showers us with insight.
The moon fills our hearts with glow;
The stars feel like kisses under mistletoe.
The oceans fill us as waves on the shore;
The placid lake stocks peace in its store.
The morning sparrows sing a lilting tune;
Noisy crickets invade the serenity of June.
All of nature stands stately at the ship’s helm,
Bearing witness to the truth in God’s realm.
All but forgotten is the hint of a gentle breeze,
That brushes the baby’s face with touching ease.
The breeze that makes autumn leaves take a dive;
A breeze that lifts summer’s bees leaving the hive.
At the open window, the breeze comes wafting in,
With a sweet innocence that whispers on human skin.
A breeze lying somewhere within like a patient ghost,
Haunting the inner hallways of its unsuspecting host.
At times I feel touched by a breath of wind while dressing,
Taking my own breath away with its unexpected blessing.
YES, 'HIS' WIND DOTH BLOW! FILLING, INSPIRING, STRENGTHENING EACH OF US WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT OF HIS PRESENCE THAT IS NEEDED AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME. ONE COULD CHALK IT UP AS JUST A GENTLE BREEZE THROUGH AN OPEN WINDOW OR WE COULD SAVOR IT AS THE 'BLESSING' THAT IT IS, REALIZING THAT GOD IS, INEXPLICABLY... MAGNIFICENT! I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE A PART OF AD AND THIS ONE IS ALSO A KEEPER. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
