Poem Artwork

A headache I’ve had all day,

No sun we’ve had today,

Its rained harder than I remember,

Guess we are lucky its not snow,

Too bad its winter with nothing to grow…

Slept a lot that’s for sure,

Would’ve enjoyed today at the shore,

All them rough wind swept waves,

Could’ve taken care of my stormy day craves…

The rain though has really been intense,

Now the wind is rushing through like a train immense,

The old camper is shakin’,

I am in my boots a’quaken,

If we blow away, you’ll be first to know,

Don’t be mistaken…

Cute write. I love rain, but then I don't live where it rains much if ever... spent time in Seattle and it was rainy and damp all the time...but I'd still love to have some here... Hope you stay dry and warm.. hugs, lindalaw

Lil'brother, we haven't seen sun in weeks, but a pitiful rain, rain, rain. No the one that drowns everything, but that deceptive one that soaks everybody bones. So cheer up, we are in the same boat, although you got them rubber boots to brag a bout (and a wet dog).
