The windows frosted,
Unable to out see,
Twenty five outside degrees,
Inside tonight I do not yet freeze…
Glad to be inside,
To on my computer ride,
The propane open flame keeping me warm,
As for me that is the usual, the norm…
Keep yourselves warm,

The winter is upon us, for a few days,
But by the weekend, the 60s will prevail,
What a weird old winter this one has so far been,
And I don’t think not having snow is such a big sin…J

What a weird entire year it has been. One of the warmest on record, and one filled with severe droughts, devastating wildfires, and super storms. And some still don't believe that our climate is changing for the worse.
PS: A few days ago, we hit 70 Degrees here in Chicago in December - truly weird and truly frightening.
PPS: I sure hope you live at least 50 miles from that Jersey Shore - Sea Levels are very sadly going to keep rising.
