Animals both wild and tame spoke to my dear father.....he was always at peace in the forest among them...what a beautiful legacy he has left....

Animals whisper secrets,
Not everyone can hear,
For very few can be trusted
With the secrets they hold dear.
When you are one with feral spirits,
And you soar with birds on a breeze,
Touch the wind with your fingertips,
Revere every flower and tree!
That’s when you’ll be worthy,
And the animals will speak to you,
Timeless wisdom will be revealed
As they show you the world anew!

Beautiful poem. We have 3 deer in our yard every morning and evening, and with deer season here they know they are safe. May God bless you every day of your life.

Strange, but there are times that I actually think I know what my dog (my pal) Kody is thinking and can actually foretell what he is going to do, and why. Wonderful tribute to your father, Anna.

This is how Native Americans and beginning cultures saw things, and unfortunately we, as a society, seem to forget. Nice poem. Admirable message!
