This is true especially when the leader of the organization is fearful and paranoid. That fear and paranoia attracts that which is feared. The door opened for a person to play upon the leader's fear and paranoia. I invited him in not knowing. Yet sooner or later the leader's fear and paranoia would have brought someone in.
