Now he's declared that the US will NOT respond with nuclear weapons even if our country is attacked with other forms of weapons of mass destruction, i.e., chem/bio. Let me repeat that for emphasis - THE US WILL NOT REPOND WITH NUCLEAR WEAPONS EVEN IF OUR COUNTRY IS ATTACKED WITH OTHER FORMS OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.
