Your writing…it’s in your hands. How far you take it is up to you. Your writing…it’s in your hands. How far you take it is up to you.
Sure, sometimes it’s more difficult. Things don’t flow. Ideas don’t come. Frustration sets in. Then you think to yourself that, hey, you’re not Stephen King or Nelson DeMille. Maybe there’s no publisher or agent breaking down your door just waiting on your next words. Maybe you’re struggling to self-publish and an agent is just out of the question. So you’re in this alone. Sometimes you wonder if anybody is even going to read what you put to paper.
But you know what? When the words flow they flow and it is like flying. You know the feeling and it makes it all worthwhile.
So perhaps it may be a rough journey- this writing thing. But if you have the spark then don’t let that spark die. Keep it going- it’s in your hands.
